Anything you post, submit or upload on the Writers-Network.com
site can and will be viewed by anyone on the internet
as well as the administrators and staff of Writers-Network.com.
It is your responsibility alone to keep dated records
and copies of your work and to provide and maintain
the proper copyrights for the material you post on
this site. Members must fully understand that all
pieces, material and content posted on Writers-Network.com
will be made viewable to the public. Material submitted
can be displayed and will be made viewable on your
personal profile, public portfolio, search engines,
featured member page, top members pages, ranking
pages, past contests winners, forum, shout box, and
on the homepage, but is not limited to those pages.
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
A valid email address is required in order to create an account
and continue to participate in the activities and
services of Writers-Network.com. Your email address
is kept private at all times and will not be sold
or given to any third-party companies. Writers-Network.com
staff and administrators may use your email address
to contact you concerning your account, your conduct,
site updates, announcements, contests or the Writers-Network.com
site in general.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Writers-Network.com requires that you provide us with basic contact
information including your name, address, city,
country, and zip code. This information is not
verified and may be changed at any time by going
to the "Update My Profile" area. All personal
information except for country and city will
be kept private. Your country and city will be
displayed in your public profile. We do not disclose
your personal information to any third parties.
We will not sell, give, trade or provide
your personal information to any third party.
Writers-Network.com will respect the privacy
of all our members.
COOKIES
Writers-Network.com uses cookies (small, harmless text files)
to save an encrypted version of your password to
keep you logged in from page to page, so that
you do not have to type in your login information
on every page of the site. Your login cookie will expire 24 hours after
logging in, or immediately upon clicking any "logout" link.
CHILDREN
Writers-Network.com requires that any children under the age of
13 have the consent of a parent or guardian before
completing registration. You must be at least
13 years old to be eligible for a Writers-Network.com
Membership. By signing-up for a free membership you are agreeing
that you are at least 13 years of age and have
the consent of your guardian (for minors). Each
time you access or use the Site, you are representing
to Writers-Network.com that you are 13 years
of age or older.
This is a public community for poets and writers.
All work and information posted on Writers-Network
can and will be seen by the public. In order
to participate in our community and be eligible for a Free or PRO membership
you must understand and accept that all work posted here will be made
public.
