1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
Use of this web site is subject subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement and any and all other policies published, at any time, on this web site. This agreement should be fully read and understood before using the Writers-Network.com web site. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and other policies available on the Site. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the site. Writers-Network.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, without notice. Any changes must be adhered to.

2. GENERAL SERVICE
All of our services are provided to you on a "AS IS" basis and depends solely on availability. We have the right to suspend, deny or delete any membership or content displayed on Writers-Network.com. This Site is intended to provide an opportunity to share your original writing, art, music, video, graphics and other creative work and to review (critique) the work of others as well as receive critiques on your own work. In order to participate in this site, you must register and create an account, which requires that you provide us with some information about you, including, but not limited to, a valid email address. While using the site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3. MEMBER AGREEMENT
a) You must be at least 13 years old to be eligible for a Writers-Network.com Membership. By signing-up for a free membership you are agreeing that you are at least 13 years of age and have the consent of your guardian (for minors). Each time you access or use the Site, you are representing to Writers-Network.com that you are 13 years of age or older.

b) You agree to post, submit or otherwise transmit material that you hold copyrights to. You may not post, submit or publish material that is not yours unless you have written permission from the copyright holder. Posting content grants us a non-exclusive right to host it on the internet. We reserve the right to remove material, of which we become aware, that, in our sole discretion, is in violation of Writers-Network.com rules, terms, and conditions for the site. We do not make any claims to your work. When you post your work on Writers-Network.com, you maintain ALL the rights to your own material.

c) You agree to allow your posted material to be displayed on the Writers-Network.com site including but not limited to our main pages, search pages, public profiles, or other pages such as in the forum.  Everything you post or submit on Writers-Network.com can and will be made public. This includes but is not limited to writing pieces, guest book entries,  feedbacks, comments, critiques, chat rooms and message board postings.

d) When submitting or posting material on the site, you agree to properly rate your entry using the supplied content filters. Each member is required to rate their writing entry (like a movie or music rating) so that readers or visitors will know what to expect in terms of the content (profanity, adult content, graphic nature etc). Continuously failing to rate your writing entry may result in a fine, suspension or ban. We reserve the right to edit posting material including but not limited to content ratings.

e) You agree to accept full responsibility for ensuring proper backups or copies of your own work. We do not make any kind of backup copies for you nor are we responsible for any lost work. Please make sure you have backup copies on your hard drive or other location of all your work before posting it on Writers-network.com.  Use of this site is at your own risk.

f) You agree to allow Writers-Network to place banners on your "Free" membership sites and other free features included in membership packages (i.e. message boards, guest books, polls etc..) for the purpose of generating a revenue for the up keep of Writers-Network.com's free services. All revenue gained from advertisements on your site is the property of Writers-Network.com. 

g)  If at any time throughout your membership period, you do not agree to be bound by these Rules and terms of service, you should end your use of our services immediately. Writers-Network.com reserves the right to change the rules and the range of the services offered in whole or in part, at any time without notice.  You will not be notified of any changes to these Rules; You are solely responsible for staying updated on our current Term Of Use, member agreement and other rules and policies.

You, the member, are solely responsible for managing your profile, membership and subscriptions. Our memberships and subscriptions are not based on a contract and can be cancelled at anytime, therefore, you (the user/member) are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time and/or that cancellations are requested through your paypal account. Refunds are not available. We are not responsible for any damages or monetary lose due to technical delays or failure to understand our terms.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT
While using the site, you must also agree to the rules of conduct and web site policies described below. Your participation in Writers-Network.com and use of its services is contingent upon your interacting in a friendly and respectful manner within the community. We reserve the right to refuse service to this site to any one, for any reason, at any time.

a) You may not SPAM, post advertisements or links to outside web sites, unless they are submitted through our Sponsored Ad system or approved by the Writers-Network.com Administrators. You may not post any links, advertisements or sponsored ads to web sites which are adult in nature or illegal in content. You may not SPAM other users or accounts. SPAM is bulk unsolicited email or public message postings. The act of sending SPAM is strictly prohibited, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account termination without prior notice or warning.

b) You may not flame, threaten or abuse any member of Writers-Network.com in any way. This includes harassing, stalking or verbally abusing a user through private message, shout box, forums or by way of posting writing entries. You may not post, submit or forward hurtful, disrespectful or malicious comments about a member of Writers-Network.com or their work. You may not post personal information about another user that may threaten or otherwise endanger them. This is strictly prohibited and will NOT be tolerated.

c) You may not promote or encourage illegal, racist, or overly disgusting activities. This includes rape, torture, pedophilia, murder, death notices, incest, self-mutilation, cutting, suicide, and suicide notes. Any member or user who behaves unlawfully or uses their memberships and sites to post material that is obscene, threatening, harassing or in any way a violation of intellectual property, will have their memberships terminated immediately.

d) You may not abuse Writers-Network.com, it's staff, moderators, the system, or servers in any way. Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a system or server of Writers-Network.com is strictly prohibited. Abuse includes but is not limited to attempting internet scamming, password robbery, hacking, interfering with Writers-network.com systems, causing harm to Writers-Network.com services partially or fully, disrupting or interfering with performance. Depending on the seriousness of the attack Writers-Network.com reserves the right to take action including site cancellation, suspension and civil or criminal legal action.

e) You may not create multiple accounts. Users found to have more than one (1) member account without having obtained prior consent from Writers-Network.com may have any or ALL of their Writers-Network.com member accounts terminated without prior notice or warning. Unauthorized use of another users account on Writers-Network.com is also prohibited and may result in a fine, suspension or ban. You may not restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the site.

If we conclude our services are being inappropriately used, Writers-Network.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member's membership and right of entry to any or all services and features provided by Writers-Network.com and/ or our partnered companies.
 

5. IDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Writers-Network.com be liable for any damages whatsoever. Writers-Network.com, staff, moderators and other associates are NOT liable or responsible for ANY and ALL losses, costs, claims,  damages or any other complaints or problems that arise through the use of Writers-Network.com. We do NOT assume any responsibility for loss of work, material or revenue. You agree to use Writers-network.com and all it's services at your own risk. You are responsible for your actions on Writers-Network.com and accept all responsibility, legal and other, for your activity. You (the member/guest/visitor) agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Writers-Network.com from all liabilities, claims, and expenses. You agree not to hold Writers-Network.com responsible against liabilities arising from any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Writers-network.com, against any material supplied by member infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and against copyright infringement. Writers-Network.com is not responsible for service or system downtimes and including but not limited to loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, system failure and any and all service interruptions caused by Writers-Network.com and its employed persons. You agree to use these services and system at your own risk.

6. LAWFUL PURPOSES
Writers-Network.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Members may only use Writers-network.com for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State, Provincial or Local regulation is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. Any member using Writers-Network.com for unlawful purposes will be be held fully and solely responsible.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
We require you to read our Privacy Policy, which (in addition to this Agreement and any other agreement by which you may be bound) describes how we collect and use any information you submit to Writers-Network.com.
 

8. DISCLAIMERS
The site and the services offered thereon are provided to you on a "as-is" and "as available" basis. You (the member/user/visitor/guest) accept all responsibility, legal and otherwise, for the content upload, submitted to and posted on this site. Writers-Network.com does not guarantee assistance including but not limited to, any technical or customer support. Writers-Network.com makes no warranty that the site will meet your systems requirements, or that the site and its servers will be uninterrupted, timely, error free, secure or free of harmful components.

Writers-Network.com disclaims any warranty that any and all material or other content on the site is appropriate for any particular audience or reader, or that such material is free of offensive, indecent, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, or other potentially inappropriate elements. You acknowledge that we do not and cannot review and monitor all content on the site, and you hereby agree that we shall have no liability for any damages or costs that may arise from our publishing or your viewing or reading of, exposure to, or access to any material or other content on the site. Writers-Network.com accepts no liability for inaccurate or misleading content or material that may appear in the database or display on any of the pages of this site.

Writers-Network.com Reserves the right to change, modify or delete memberships or policies in part or in full how ever we see fit. Writers-Network.com is not responsible for any damages or monetary lose that you or your business may suffer in conjunction to use of this site, services or any other connection. Writers-network does not make any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Use of this site is at your own risk. Writers-Network.com reserves the right to cancel or modify any and all services at any time.  
 

Failure to follow our terms and conditions will result in immediate suspension, ban or site deletion. If at any time you do not agree to the terms of service presented above you are required to terminate your membership immediately and exit this website. WRITERS-NETWORK.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OUR TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. ALL MEMBERS, USERS, AND GUESTS OF THIS WEBSITE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR STAYING UPDATED ON OUR CURRENT TERMS AND POLICIES.
