Yesterday my stance was
You are not allowed to die
I can't live without the sun
That brightens my world
And gives me loving warmth
At all costs
I will fight to keep you here
With an attorney
Wielding a sword
I realized that was selfish
So today I let go of you
As red tears streamed
From my eyes
A minute after the plug was pulled
You were gone
At that moment I flatlined too
But when I exited the hospital
My heart started to beat again
Because a sky blue butterfly
Landed on my hand
It said to me with the sweetest voice
"Love never dies"
Then the morpho partook from the bosom
Of a hyacinth nearby
And I smiled like a lovely summery day

Helpful? Thumbs UpThumbs Down
So true!
True love never dies. It lives within the heart and soul of its owner.

Thank you

Good to resume 'connection'. Defected to WritersCafe.org during the 'shut down'. More comfortable on WN. Have a lovely day, my friend

I am also on writerscafe.org. I do not like it. Because I do not get any reviews on that site
