Gabstboz and thunder's cucumber salsa
|
4 large cucumbers, diced
6 large tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. cilantro chopped fine
1 medium red onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper diced,
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 pkg. ranch dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
mix cucumbers, tomatoes cilantro onion jalapeno pepper vinegar and ranch dressing mix well Salt and pepper to taste Chill
