Thunder's carmel cookies

Thunder's carmel cookies 
4 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 c.strong coffee
2 t. baking soda
4 eggs
2 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. allspice
13 to 15 c. flour enough to make a stiff dough
Combine all & mix well roll out to 1/4 to 1/3 thick. cut into 2 1/2 to 3 rounds bake at 350 for 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet cool.

thoughts on cooking
It is good to create in the kitchen but better not to use eggs stolen from captive suffering animals kept in small cages or milk stolen from mother cows
whose babies have been slaughtered for veal
