Thunder's winter salad 
1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 carrot grated
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 box of lemon jello

dissolve the jello in hot water when is cool pour over the other ingredients serve
with a cooked salad dressing
