Thunder's Cheese cake cookies 
|
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
Combine, cut in butter until mixture forms fine crumbs. Reserve one cup for topping Press the rest in the bottom of 8x8 inch pan Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
8 oz.cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp lemon peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add milk, egg, lemon peel, lemon juice, and vanilla. beat well. Spread batter over baked crust. Combine walnuts with reserved crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes
