Thunder's poppy seed bread

Thunder's poppy seed bread 
1 white cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. liquid shortening
1/8 c. poppy seeds
5 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Beat for 5 minutes. butter sides and bottom of two loaf pans. sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Pour batter into pans and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees
