Thunder's chess pie
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. Melted butter
1 Tbsp. Flour
2 tsp. Corn meal
1 tsp. Vanilla

Beat together for several minutes and bake in open pie shell for 30 to 40 minutes
