I Want A Vision 
~I Want A Vision~


Today I want a vision
Not merely a picture of sorts
But something that really speaks;
In prophecy tongues and retorts.

I want to know what’s what
Way behind the scenes
To pull out the grey parts
And put it together at the seams.

Is this too much to ask for?
It might as well be a gold brick,
Because I’m stuck on stupid
Once again dense and being thick.

But I must say that nothing much
Gets passed me or over my head,
It’s just the stuff I can’t hear or see,
That causes that bit of dread.

I might have mentioned this before but its worth saying again if I have. You are one of the only poets here and anywhere else that cannot be labled to any one style and i think thats why I like your work as much as I do
