Thunder's deep-fried turkey

Thunder's deep-fried turkey 
First take out of the heart and all that bad stuff out of the turkey
1. 30-pound turkey
for the sauce
1 cup of ranch seasoning

1/2 cup sweet pickles

1 drop hotsauce

2/3 of ramen noodle seasoning

2 cups of milk

then take a 30-pound turkey put peanut oil in your turkey fryer

make sure it is between 345 degrees or your turkey will burn thank you thank you to your friends at writers-network thunderstorm and Dark_ELegy

sounds tasty
i've never deep fried a turkey. how long would that take? how do you know when it's done? what do you do with the sauce? do you stuff them after their done? or just use the sauce? sounds much better than cranberry sauce. i need more details
