Fondly So


I have semi-curly hair that’s blond
And green eyes of which I’m awfully fond
I weigh a buck ten soaking wet
I’m medium boned in set.

But this is the hell of it all
Even though I’m 4’11’ tall
I have big aspirations,
And I must heed their call

I do have a calling
I’m sure of it somehow
I just don’t know
What it is right now.

Maybe it’s just me thinking in wishes
I get this way
When I’m watching my fishes
Doing the dishes
And dancing in swishes

I want something inspiring to leave
When it’s my time to go
I want to be remembered by many
And very fondly so
