~~the gift of giving~~

hopes and dreams
and familiar things~
oh, but to hear the call
when the night-bird sings!

loops of desires
that stoke the fires~
oh, but to hear the call
of the night-bird's choir!

songs of lust and passion~
kindness and compassion~
tenderness full in fashion~
sparkling stars and rockets flashin'!

yes,to be in ear shot,
just a hittin' that special spot~
when the night-birds sing,
it's a magnificent and wondrous thing~

it's a place which many have sought~
where you find the gift of giving is taught.
when the night-bird's song is actually caught,
it is a priceless state that can't be bought...
