Leaving Together

Going Together

Someday soon our time will come,
To wave good-bye at the setting sun.
I can only pray that we'll leave together,
Into that land of heaven to live forever.

It's just that I don't want
To have to do without you
For any anount of time down here
The moments I don't think about you are none if few
And it would be tortrue to have to live without you, my dear

Do you understand I'm not being sad,
I know you'd be with Our Lord,
And for you I'd be happy and glad.
Yes, but as for me,
It'd just be a matter of time,
To wait, wait and see.
To do at all without you,
To hug and talk to,
Would be misery.
Would make me more than blue.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
