The Not Yet Seen 
|
The Not Yet Seen
Tomorrow's the day,
That comes today's later;
And in most every way,
It's the day to which we most cater,
What about yesterday
And it's effect on today
Does it really matter?
What should we say?
And just what comes between,
The already been there,
And the not yet seen?
Nothing but today,
Is as important as the rest.
For it is the time we've been given,
To do our very best.
This is what comes between-
The already been there,
And the not yet seen.
Today is better than yesterday,
Tho we learned so much from it,
Just practice for tomorrow,
When then we may touch infinite.
Yes, infinite is what comes between,
The already been there,
And the not yet seen.
