Open Up Your Heart 
Open Up Your Heart

Open up your heart to me,
Please open up your heart.
I'm just little oh can't you see?
Oh give me of you this part.

With a childs ideals,
I plead with you;
Oh how my soul reels,
For I am in need of you.

I want to say things that are well recieved,
As my own heart crys tears of blue,
And say them so they can be believed;
And hear you say them too.

It can't be that hard i'm sure,
I'm quite contrary to this world of strife.
My love is secure and always pure.
As are my intentions for you and your life.

I promise you love and laughter,
So open up your heart to what this is;
mother brother sister father daughter,
With living loving throbbing kisses.

Helpful: Thumbs Up Thumbs Down
Now this is proof of how great of a poet you are...Nothing too "bold" for those who are weak at heart and yet it is still a beautiful piece of work.

Helpful: Thumbs Up Thumbs Down
You put this one together very well, the tempo and rhyming are what I equate with good poems. The message is not my cup of tea, perhaps that's why I'm divorced, but you have done well here, keep it up.
