To Triumph~~~

To Triumph~~~

To do it right,
Two must hold
One another tight
Being forever bold,
Even in the face
Of controversy.

In adversity’s case
To have all
Fall into place,
A humble heart
Is your saving grace,
Keeps you in the place
Of blessing.

I don’t mean to say
It’s as easy
As pie,
Not I.
No way!
But I know
What feels right
And what is
Obviously wrong.
I suppose
That is the purpose
Of this song
To keep us
Together
Strong and
Ever long.
