99 Times Outta 75 
|
A cake walk
Of snake talk.
But here's the staight dope:
Just give me a listen
'bout how you been kissin'
Pissin' away your hope.
'Cos 99 times outta 75,
If your spirit is still alive-
You'll get the come-back "Nope"!
Sure I'm a little left of center,
But just cramming for thier turn to enter-
Butting up against one another,
With no compassion for their brother.
Is a blind follower how you see yourself to be?
Is that how you'd like to classify me?
Can I be healed from my deviate theory?
Believeing nothing of what I'm hearing,
And only half of what I see.
It all seems to be a movie screen,
All I've ever heard or seen-
Is blondes and models
Falling headlong into bottles.
I suppose some get stuck into-
Belonging,Coming out,
Drowning trout,
Done that and been there too!
Making the biggest mistake:
Betting that the whole cow's not at steak!!!
It's not that everyone's got a line to stand in,
But this is sure,
Everyone's got a life to land in.
