-xX-x Practice This –xXx-

Getting our heads around light-heartedness,
Is a goal for us that I have in mind.
Learning how to really just play a bit;
Might also teach us how to be child-like and kind.

I’m very aware that it is hard in this world,
To throw your caution out the open window;
But once a day down your guard, and practice this:
Me and you together, as if there was no tomorrow!

very true and lovely poem. we must kick the caution and stress and live like alive to the moment and if no next. May god bless you the same. amen. love - sanjay. yes my one honorable friend Lorry Triggs was fearing those days of the crab caught her. but thanks to god that it was symptoms only and not the disease. my that poem " keep strength " is my reaction when she informed me that she is suffering from cancer. But she do not. I wish that she be healthy and do not have sickness whole life and pray to God the same. your this poem is very beautiful. love - sanjay.
