Thank you for giving over your heart
As an open book for me to hold.
I will gently turn every priceless page;
My heart reads as you let your story unfold.
I will take in with sincerity your virile essence.
You give me amazing power in waves of delights;
By day, pouring over every single detail,
To have you hold me soundly thru the nights.
Not everyone is candy coated we know,
Salty specks at times can be very good.
In this way iron does sharpen iron.
Common contrasts fly sparks understood.
Each moment know that I glean you anew.
Things interesting, genuine and truly rare;
Like your growing graciousness towards me;
For you've learned that rough gives me scare.
Nothing, not one piece of you I've discovered,
Goes unnoticed,unappreciated, or taken for granted;
As I analyze, muse, wonder and ponder;
The greatest of hearts i my love so firmly implanted.
I've always believed that I would be forever yours.
So thank you again my sweet darling lover;
For sharing unsparingly the richness that you possess.
Handing over your precious heart, while mine you as well uncover.
