INNOCENCE

INNOCENCE

Innocence was something everyone had before we separated from the one. Where there is oneness there is not another to judge accuse, blame or condemn. Criticism judgment, condemnation and blame all come from guilt within oneself. Since you are the “One” playing all the roles there is no “other” We believe in our perception of reality and do not understand that there is no reality out there except projection of one’s mind.
Mind is an interesting concept and people are familiar with the word when it comes to the conscious mind but are lost when it comes to the subconscious or unconscious mind. The old analogy of an iceberg showing only the tip of itself while most of it is submerged will suffice to compare the two minds; ergo, we are not cognizant of most of what goes on. That which we are unwilling to except within ourselves is projected outward. The subconscious or shadow self remains submerged as the ego to do all the judging. The mind actually created the whole universe including the body. There is no parallel to this in Western thinking but Hinduism speaks of the world as “Jagat” or the out picturing of the mind.
Ego is another interesting artifact of false projection is actually created by the mind as it attached to the body. Once again, we have to go to Eastern thinking and try to understand the “Granthi knot” This is the nexus of the ego’ body identification with the mind. Now, beyond the false ego or synthetic self is your pure innocent “I Am” identity that remains pure and unsullied during all our reincarnation projections. One might say that the mind holograms out a body for itself and identifies with that projection. The interesting thing about a hologram is that any piece of it contains the whole. This should be a clue as to our original wholeness; that is, no matter how much we divide or subdivide our thinking we are still whole.
If you are having trouble with this concept then I suggest you read the Disappearance of the Universe by Gary Renard. This false universe was created by us to mask guilt. Since we left the one (God) there is original guilt for having done so, however, this guilt is all self imposed. I will not explain the whole book except to say that by forgiveness we can find our way back to oneness and innocence. We are always pure and innocent all the time.
When you are dream and see, feel or think that you or someone else is doing something inappropriate or sinful and you awaken, then you do not feel guilt because you know that you were dreaming. Nevertheless, when you are in the conscious awake state you do not believe that you are dreaming and take the world to be real and the guilt. This is what Indian philosophy calls Maya. We never really left eternity and are with God right now having this dream of separation. When someone “awakens’ from the dream they call him a Buddha, master, etc.
