Foil Moon 
From what I gather
you may not invite
the moon to a solo
act of yours, peeved
with her absence
all through practice
and you were left
to be inspired
by a foil moon
hanging by the grace
of a string from
the iron bar
that feeds across
your terrace like
a predator
wearing a dull
oxide coat kissing
rain in drizzles

Spectacular
wow Lali..this is such a imagery fest for my senses and my mind's eye..This invokes all kinds of images and interpretations..I love the idea of a foil moon..the moon is such a beautiful subject matter anyway, and the way you have done this piece is marvelous. SL! BW

Wow....a fascinating write Lali. Loved the whole concept, its quite mysterious too.. 'kissing the rain in drizzles' only you could conjure up an image like that. Great work as always. Sl.

I see a wooden veranda and a pole sticking out and green string holding a silver foil moon hastily painted, hanging down and I sense dissapointment-spotlight-sir.

Excellent wording
...'and all the world's a stage!'.... you bowl me over with your genius wordplay, my wonderful Poet! Such disappointment in this poem, the lack of audience, approval, moonlight, attention... you create whole scenes with your language, stage settings, and yet everything seems to take place simply inside ones own head. Brilliant thinking woven into super poetry...spotlight!
