Dance of death's blue flame
|
I knew you as a good friend sworn
Our travels took us long and far
A place in my heart you did adorn
More brighter than the morning star
Winning through, fighting back to back
Away we sent them bleeding and crawling
But in that ancient city we did sack
You heeded to the enemy’s dark calling
Sad to say, we soon parted ways
And how quickly the time does fly
In different ways we spend our days
As the time swiftly passes us by
Above you now, their banner is flying
Straight towards me you boldly advance
In this grave matter of winning or dying
Are you ready for death’s blue flame dance ?
Turn around while you still have time
Go far away and forget my name
Heed the words of this grim rhyme
Or step to the dance of death’s blue flame
Ordering me to give up my blade for my life
Under new rules, he said I would have to live
Draw your sword and prepare for strife !
My blade to you I will surely give
