Not Sober
|
2100 hour, the clock is ticking fast
Fun is kicking in, should I give in
My friends are starting to drink
They want me to take a few shots
No, they want me to get drunk
And not be sober for once
I took the 1st shot, it felt nice
Heat flowed down my neck
Alcohol seeped thru my nostrils
A different sensation I felt
I am beginning to like it
Yes, I will get drunk tonight
Shot after shot, wooh really hot
But still my mind is intact
Still sober and thinking straight
My friends got surprised
But still they say I'm still "mahinhin"
Singing a rock song with my soft voice
2400 hour, my head felt a kick
The alcohol I think is getting in me
I want to have more, get knocked out
But my fun spoiler mind told me to stop
Without a 2nd thought I refused the next shot
I just sit there while my friends kept drinking
0100 hour, then the fun suddenly ended
My friends said goodbye, for me time to sleep
My head is aching, sight is blurry, spinning
I am drunk but still I am sober in mind
What a feeling indeed, but disappointing
I missed the chance of getting knocked out
I will drink again but this time without a stop
Throw up, unable to stand, knocked out
And not sober...
