Questions of Heart 
|
Can you really look for love?
Does love find you?
Once I wasn't looking for love
I was happy being on my own
But somehow along the road
Someone knocked on my door
Hesitant, I opened only my window
Took a peek who's outside the door
But everything in him was so inviting
Unconsciously I have given him the key
The little room where I once lived alone
Became the haven of two loving souls
Blissful moments we shared together
Witnessed by the four walls of my world
But the little room became too crowded
For us two souls who once loved each other
One got choked by the other's affection
The other longed for undying passion
Soon the two souls gone separate ways
Both were lost for love and broken apart
I again find myself alone in my world
But somehow my heart has been changed
Now the room I'm living in turned cold
And I never felt so alone like this before
I wanted his love back but would never be
So I asked myself to find someone else
I only want to be loved for who I am
I only want to share my loving heart
I never wanted grandiose promises
I just want a love that will last forever
Shall I wait for these to come?
Or shall I seek for the right one?
Can I really look for love?
Will love find me again?
But I pray for someone to be there
Who would be ready for undying love
Or is it rightful to say to give up
Because such love wont be around
