Wish You Were Here 
|
We are like shadows of the night
Under the moonlit sky, we hide
As you envelope my fragile body
Your loving arms become my shield
I can feel no fear, darkness is nothing
With you here with me, we can be any thing
Lying on the softness of the grass we are free
In our nakedness we build our dreams
Soft caresses from your strong hands
Fight the coldness of the night winds
While my sweet whispers to your ear
Are like a song that brings you to bliss
The moon shines on us as it witnesses "love"
We savor this moment in each other's arms
As we close our eyelids our faces still linger
The heat of our passion still in our breaths
Slowly my eyes open, i longed for your face
But light struck me, I almost got blinded
My hands reach for you, but just empty spaces
I am no where near you, just lying on my bed
And it was only a dream that lingers in my head
