This site holds a collection of my many poems - some are good and some are not so good but that's ok - I'm not keeping score. I write because it is something I enjoy. It's cheaper then seeing a therapist and much more satisfying in the end.
ABOUT MY WRITING
I started writing when I was about 15 and I am now 27 (you do the math ) Over the years, writing has became my only system of relief. Whether I had a bad day or a good one, I always found myself turning to my notebook to record the events of that particular day. My mood changes from poem to poem but that just makes me more colorful so its all good A little mood swing never hurt anyone, right?
This is for the girls who never won... who stay up late at night listening to music that inspires them too do things next to impossible.... the girls that laugh, smile & cry and think on a daily basis.... the girls who learn & regret.... the girls who never have it easy.... the girls who learn the hard way & live to tell about it.... the real girls!!
MUSIC IS MY LIFE
Music has always been a really important part of my life. It has got me through some of the worst times in my life. I pretty much like all kinds of music from all different genres. If it sounds good to my ears, I like it!
ART & FASHION
I am really passionate about art, design, photography and fashion. As of yet I haven't really made many contributions to these fields but I hope to someday move deeper from appreciation to creation.
RELATIONSHIPS
No thanks! I recently got out of an 8 year relationship which had its ups and downs to say the least. I'm actually pretty content being on my own and don't see myself dating for quite a while. I think relationships are a lot of hard work... there's a lot of compromise and self-sacrifice and in all honesty, I'm just not willing to do that anymore. I want to live my life for me and thats what I intend to do!

LOVE OF ANIMALS
I have a little toy poodle who has brought so much joy to our home. I don't even know how we lived without her. I am ultra sensitive when it comes to animals especially mistreated animals. I have zero tolerance for people who abuse animals, kill for fun or cage them for their own amusement... and I'm not just talking about dogs or cats - elephants, bears, panda's, you name it. I think we are blessed to have these beautiful animals in our world and just because they cannot speak a language to communicate their rights, doesn't mean they shouldn't have any.
