My Review of Whispers by a112yearoldman
The whispering heart speaks in volumes in your amazing poem Donald, i am sorry i have been absent for the last few weeks. I see your passionate side explode in little staccato phrasing, powerful and punchy lines sensually move this poem to a beautiful end. SL~Paul

My Review of War by a112yearoldman
The creeping silence, I am told, is the stuff that drives people mad. The banding of brothers and sisters together is the only thing that hold that united heart together in times of war. As a unit presses forward unaware of the danger at hand or if that moment will live in infamy or if it will stand as the day of triumph, but altogether they keep each other company, understanding that, those faces glowing in the warmth of each other are the only protection they have, and they band together. Great war piece Dear Donald. SL~Paul

Beautiful. For not only there but here the eternal love of God flows. I enjoyed how you linked the cosmos and God's abode to the now and your own personal abode. Excellent piece of work, with many different interpretations abound. SL my dear friend~Paul

My Review of Computer Headache by matelotrod
Sometimes a clean look out the window is what you need. My in-laws are way worse than you were, clicking on every pop-up and ad they see, I spent 3 days there trying to fix their 3 year old pc. I was able to get it running but it was so slow still. Technology is not very kind to the baby boomer and silent generations. Keep plugging and get a good Anti-virus and malware program. Might I recommend AVG and malwarebytes. Good piece Rod Happy new year.~Paul

My Review of On Proving the Existence of God by JohnCreekmore
Belief in a higher source whether it be God, Allah, Buddha, Vishnu, Brahma, Susan-O etc.. is personal definitely and beside the polytheism perspective, I believe that those of monotheistic belief should not be able to comprehend that which comes from in my personal belief God. Just know that we are part of something beautiful, given the pieces we need to keep it that way. I loved the line to the Believer it is not necessary, you are right, you just know. SL John Good work~Paul

My Review of
Moonbeat
by Littlesong
Throughout this entire piece I felt a oneness, a connection to life and love in general. How the moon births itself into the sky each night and shines over the world connecting it with every living thing. How the flowers open up to receive its soothing light, and then how at the end the creation of the moonbeat, beat in parallel to a heart. Great piece my dear friend, SL~Paul

My Review of Unsportsmanlike Behaviour by JimSlaughter
Most people would agree that having the last two lines as their achievements would out weigh morally than the sports, but sports pay so its a tough quagmire. I was pretty good at basketball and football in my hay day, now I aim to achieve at the more intellectual level than anything. Good piece Jim. ~Paul

My Review of Silicon Adventures by richom
Nice, I love the comparison to the nine lives of cats, how useful recycled glass is, in general how useful recycling is. Each one was a perfect lifecycle from being a vase to shattered and broken on the ground, to reincarnating on the same mantel in a different light. I loved this piece Richard very intellectual my friend, SL~Paul

My Review of Of Things Seen and Unseen by JohnCreekmore
The unseen being a symbolism of a God or higher power of some sort and we are supposed to believe in the purity of the unseen, nowadays i feel as though this higher being hadbeen sitting back and watching how it all unfolds, writing notes down on how the next experiment can be tweaked toward .perfection. Good piece John very deep as yours usually are, SL,~Paul

War is so awful, it is horrible the atrocities we commit during wartime. I love the symbolism represented by the Bible in your piece, how good still endures through all the ugliness surrounding it. ~Paul

My Review of I Got Rhythm by richom
The author's note, how do you know you are not number 1? I believe you are one of, if not the best rhymers on this site. I am always thoroughly impressed with the phrasing you are able to create. This being a perfect example of that fact. This was an amazing piece, the cadence made me read it a certain way, faster than I normally would, and I enjoyed that. Great piece Richard, SL~Paul

My Review of I Fear For The USA (Not For Trump Supporters) by michaelgallatin
To each their own opinion. His post election speech like Ms. kitty said, was nothing short of brilliant. I am not saying what he said before that point was all peaches and cream, he was for lack of better terms a complete jackass. I hope his views on women can change fast. But his 100 day plan has some real good material in it. If you haven't read it, take a look. Good ideas and now he has a senate and house to back him. I was not his supporter by any means, and am curious how both the republicans and democrats could only muster these two as their primary runners for president, but he is in and we have to see what he can do. ~Paul

My Review of The Melting Sun by Anjana
This is an amazing depicting of the depreciation of an elderly person's life. The hands of time ticking away, reduced to a mere spectator, unable to do the things he once was able to, remembering life as it was his memories flood with the pictures of yesteryears, speaking about his legacy knowing that those sanguine thoughts will keep him strong no matter what. Lovely piece my friend, with a sad ominous overcast. Beautifully rendered.SL~Paul
