My Review of Computer Headache by matelotrod
This did give me a laugh. Once I get used to one type of computer or program I never want to have to change it. I have Windows 8 but I changed it so I could stick with Windows 7. Anyway your poem reminded me of that and the struggles with computers. There's always someone who just knows everything about them and it's so much easier to let them sort it out. It was fun to read a poem about a topic that was a bit different and I had to laugh about it.

My Review of Meet Me In The Stars by weemick1960
This was so beautiful, the expression of love that came through in this poem was wonderful. I did love the line 'Meet me in the stars' and how it was your key line. The idea of stars, and moonlight and dancing conjures up such a beautiful image. The rhyme also worked really well in your poem and it made it flow smoothly which made the poem all the more lovely.

My Review of The Sounds of Nature by loverofpoetry7
This really beautifully captured the essence of nature. I think expressing nature through its sounds is such a wonderful way to do it. Great haiku.

My Review of 552. by Profanisaurus
This is so odd and different that I think the only thing I can think to say of this is what it was fun. All the odd combinations (I'm trying to figure out what a sheep kangaroo would look like), make it something that is fun to imagine and put together. Structurally it was an easy poem to read and the rhyme was good. When put altogether I don't know if there's meant to be something deeper but I think it's a right bit of fun to read.

My Review of Second Best by smolderinglove
I think this is something that a lot of people have felt at some point in their life, and your poem really captured the feeling of it. It's not a nice thing at all and the awfulness of it came through in your poem. I enjoyed reading this, it had a good flow and pace to it which made it easy to read. Great poem.

My Review of Learning How to Use Scissors by Deluminary
I thought it was very clever the way you showed the progression of this person through their live, all with the same continual theme of them not being good with scissors. At first it started out quite innocent and it ended up quite sad. It was a really good poem, the common theme brought it along well.

My Review of On the Backs of Dragons by Jdover
I really enjoyed this story you told, I think you did really well to capture that feeling and idea of a great battle; it had that strength and hope and fighting for victory. It was a really good poem.

My Review of Im True To Myself by missamerica
This is such a good message about staying true to yourself and not changing for others. I really enjoyed reading your poem and it's definitely a good thing to remember in life. We don't need to try and be something else. Great poem.

My Review of Where Did All The Writers Go? by Silverblue
Oh where have all the writers gone? I wonder if this site is in decline. There are still some wonderful writers on this site, but there doesn't seem to be many new people. They had their update a couple of years ago where they looked like they were actually attempting to do something with this site but after that admin kind of disappeared. I don't think the forums on this site work anymore. There are though at least some people still on this site which is of course nice to see. I loved that you used a poem to say this, it's very clever and it was a good poem.

My Review of Long As You're Living by RobertRonnow
This is interesting. There's probably a lot more to it than I see when I read it and I think it's very open to interpretation. Some of the lines seemed a bti random but I liked the ending, I think it did help tie things together a bit more and it made it seem more like an overall poem. It's a very interesting poem to read adn think about.

My Review of Just To Be Social by Silverblue
Social media has a lot of rubbish on it but there's good things about it too. I think you did get across that idea of the negativities of it but also that it can a good, useful thing. I enjoyed reading your poem, it had a really nice flow to it as well. I don't think there's many poems out there about social media so it was nice to read one for once.

My Review of Night Shadows by Valentine
I love the idea that love lights the darkness and the shadows, I think it's a great way to look at it. This was really sad though, because the love wasn't there to bring light to the shadows. Great poem.

My Review of Counting Down to Dark by AlexHannah
I enjoyed reading this and seeing the different characters and I thought that it was clever how it started in the morning and progressed to the night, showing a snippet of each person's day. My one point to say though is that I was waiting for something to happen and nothing really happened. The end was a little flat because it wasn't really a resolution but another snippet of someone else's day. I do know that you only had 500 words, and I think you used the theme well in how it came to night, but I don't think there was enough of an event at the end to make it a satisfying resolution. That's just what I thought though, 500 words is a hard limit and I think you did well to get so many characters across in that space, and I don't think it was an issue that there wasn't a lot of description to them. I think it's better to focus on the actual story instead of the depth of the characters like you did. So all in all, it was an enjoyable story, if just a little flat at the end. I liked the small poem at the end though, and for how you ended it the last line was good because it shows that though their days are over the night is still going on. It was nice to see a little moment of each person's day as it came to night.

My Review of FRACTAL JESUS by Galacticbeam
This is really interesting, there's a lot of complexity to it. I'm not sure I understand what the main point is but it doesn't really matter, there's still a lot of little points that come across. This whole 'fractal' concept is an interesting one in this context and it raises some ideas. Great poem.

My Review of Gods hug by robin49707
I loved the last line, it was really lovely. I liked the way it built it up and then it came to the last line where the main point came across and it was a wonderful main point. Really wonderful poem.

My Review of A Matter of Time by tributedangel
The Fibonacci sequence is an interesting structure to take on, it's definitely not the conventional form for a poem, but it actually works really well in this. I liked that it started with short sentences and then grew to develop more description and I think it built it up really well. Suprising form but it really made this poem great.

My Review of Fine Lines by Silverblue
Completely honestly I don't think I entirely understand this, but I stil really enjoyed reading it. I feel like there's a point that's meant to come across at the end which I didn't quite get; I thought it was saying something about life to begin with but at some point it moved onto the people in our lives. I don't think it is a poem which is meant to be easily understood, and I like that's it's not so straight and clear. I loved the flow in this, the rhyme was top notch and it made it a poem that was easy to go through. So all in all even though I'm not sure I entirely understood it, I don't mind, and I still think it's a great poem which was an enjoyment to read.

My Review of The Candle by terrygodwin
I was waiting to see where this was going, and the end was so good. It all came together in the end, all the humour was in that last line to rap it up on such a good note. You wrote this really well, it flowed smoothly and I'm impressed that you managed the rhyme and that it made sense. It was a really fun poem all in all.

My Review of Who Is She ?? by jonni-inferno
I loved the way you described her hair, it was all very beautiful but that was especially so. It was so sad at the end after how wonderful she was made to seem and then to see that she was for someone else. Wonderful poem, great descriptions and full of emotion too.

My Review of Catch a Falling Star by jonni-inferno
I thought this was very beautiful, it had a lovely tone to it all. The last line definitely made it, it really captured the whole essence of the poem and brought it all together. I don't think there's any problem with the 'g' sounds, I didn't actually notice it until I saw it mentioned in the comment below, but now that I see all the 'g's it certainly doesn't disrupt the poem for at all.

My Review of Beloved by odinroark
I thought this was really beautiful, but oddly so. It was going on about this rest and I was wondering where the poem would come to and I think the last two lines really made this poem what it was. It was the simpleness of them, which contrasted with the more complex lines beforehand. It made those lines very beautful which meant the poem ended on a beautiful note. I really found this poem wonderful.

My Review of 484. by Profanisaurus
I had to laugh at that end, I was wondering where it was going and that was the highlight of the poem. It's odd because this is something that's true in movies and stories; there's these big fights and cities get destroyed and it's like it's not even an issue. I think this was a fun poem, I could imagine this hero walking off with a supporting character and all this ruin behind them which they don't even care about. It was a great poem.

My Review of 487. Pan At Rest by Profanisaurus
I know very little about Pan, it's a figure I've heard of here and there but I couldn't pinpoint him myself. This though I feel captures the figure of Pan. However true this is to him I don't know (I'm sure there are different ideas anyway, and I don't know whether you had intended to stay true to it or not), but I can imagine this Pan. I can imagine him in the forest resting peacefully and then causing nightmarges like a plague throughout the city. It's like this innocent seeming thing slyly creating torment. I really enjoyed your poem, and the Pan you shared. In the way the words were put together it was very beautiful, it flowed smoothly and it was wonderful writing.

My Review of Self-Image by djrl98
I loved what this is saying about self-image. We are all unique and we do not need to worry about not being considered' normal' because we're all beautiful and really there's nothing to say something's not normal when we're all so different. There was so much behind this short haiku, it was really great.

My Review of EVENING SHADOWS DANCE by babyboomer68
I thought this was lovely, it beautifully captured the evening sky. I don't think you need anything more to this, with this short haiku you've perfectly given an image of just sitting and watching the sky on a beautiful night.
