This appears to be a promotional ad for a vanity press of some sort. I realize this is a publishing section, but this piece is a sales promotional. It does not specify clearly that it is selling printing to authors and not buying printing rights like a publishing house.

Hmmmm, now I may be incorrect here, and if I am, then I apologize; however, it is not easy to get a publisher to take a chance on new writers, and I have not heard of any publisher that solicits for business.  I hope I have not offended anyone with my opinion.
