I stand before you, open arms
pleading that you let me in
what use am I to you, a charm?
this world feels like it’s at an end

I saw and trust you more than once
you let me down there and again
but still I try as if my lust
wanting nothing but your hearts true win

see, back when we were once in love
being ourselves, instinctively us
you seem too happy to give it up
but now you lie and bend that crush

for being too long sense home was true
you and I, saw what life’s at do
and yet your heart, be faithful and new
its  tamed to tease with me and you
